^when the CPU starts doing this iso/Adidas Live run offense I play off ball D for a few possessions. They will eventually shake a human but they rarely shake a CPU defender.

I've never played a possession of off-ball D against a human. Against the CPU? F them. They don't deserve the respect of playing on-ball exclusively. Not when they start dribbling back and forth trying to shake me for 15 seconds. Or when they start looking for lead passes for easy PIP like it's a friggin Crew game.
Griz aren't out of the playoffs. They are only 1 or 1.5 games back. Still time.

I know but im close to giving up after that Nets loss... I also did the math on my next games and the other teams fighting for the 6th, 7th and 8th spots... I estimate that I would need to win 7 of the 9 to be in contention, and that would potentially put me in a tie with one of the other teams if I calculated all of their final wins and losses correctly...
