Official NBA 2k13 Thread

Have some faith in Live 13. Me and Sniper will be there @ the midnight release of that game imo.

I just hope the demo doesn't suck. At least give me some hope.

If Live fails miserably this year they might as well scrap the series for good. Which will be great so 2k has no competition and they can continue to produce mediocre games with piss poor customer service.

We could have used another human so every game didn't turn into 3 v 1, 2 v 1, or 4 v 0. It wouldn't be so bad but the CPU ruins it.

I watched Safe House with Denzel Washigton on my laptop in bed and near the end I fell asleep, I planned to play after the movie...My bad...

I'd try the teamup private match, at least we can choose teams and positions instead of being stuck as Greg Monroe and have all teammates quit. It's probably better to play 5 CPU players straight up than to have to deal with morons on both teams that quit after they fire 15 shots in 5 min and don't pass at all.

I don't understand why the CPU is so good on TU. It's literally like using a 50 ovr MyPlayer against a 99 overall player. The CPU guy is faster than you no matter what. It's so annoying and makes it nearly impossible to score.

It's been awhile since I saw someone hog as much as our PG in the Detroit game. That was NBA Live 10 style. For some reason TU really blows at that time of day. I'm convinced it's infiltrated with retarded Americans. At night people don't quit nearly as much. During the day people quit if they don't get to use LeBron, DWade, or another high level star.

We could if Dexy and Luka showed up tonight and myself of course, I promise y'all tonight I'll play and I don't have bball practice till 1st of August, finally some rest for me...Haven't had a 10 day rest since January ffs...

I played my heart out today. Put the team on my back in that Heat v Celtics game.

It was a shame Paul Pierce was destroying LeBron but we got through it. Shane Battier was playing great but then he suddenly flared an insult at his team and left the match.

Nate came up BIG in the 4th. Crax made some sneaky nice plays in the Knicks and GSW game. Bursts of greatness. Hrvoje played the post very well with Bogut and Amare. Ante ran the point fairly well, all things considered despite his poor attitude.

As soon as Shane took over the spotlight, 2k threw me out. Classic 2k server quality >

Shane was dominant. He must have received a ratings upgrade in the last update because not all those shots were wide open. Dude had 12-13 pts midway through the 2nd quarter. It was still fun having the 3-4 of us playing against some humans. Other than the Pierce abuse we did fine. I hate Bosh having to play center on that game but there's no other choice if you draw that position.

I knew the Bobcat game would be good after they airballed a 27 foot three as the shot clock expired. No predetermined win like that Rockets game.

GSW is was fun, gawd I love that court, excited about the new season.

It's definitely more fun playing against humans. That's why me and Ante suggested 2k11 crew but we were laughed at. I don't understand why. I mean yes, its not great with inflated MPs but we have Dexy Arthur to balance it out. As long as the crew doesn't have a 7'5 99 ovr guy it's not that bad. Maybe that's the main people who play it now, IDK. I don't see what it would hurt to find out.

I enjoy 2k12 TU when a bunch of us are on. At least when 3 or 4 of us are on the same team we don't have to worry about ppl quitting from our team. I don't mind playing vs the CPU either when the 4 of us play. It's better than offline game modes.

Maybe the AllStar sim setting is too much. Pro sim should be easier to defend, while on all star when the CPU decides to score its just question who's gonna inbound the ball.

Weren't we playing pro sim yesterday or did we alternate? We would have beat the Nets if Lin didn't blow. And I don't mean Ante, just the guy he was using. Lin is very good against humans but against cpu he's worthless because he's not a good shooter and the cpu neutralizes his quickness advantage.

Pacers would be a good team for us to use. Clippers too imo. Hrvoje could do damage with Blake. Golden State was OK. SG/SF is a little weak but it's tolerable. Washington wouldn't be terrible for a bad team.

Pro default is the most sim setting in this game, but y'all just won't listen...You can run past your man etc...And it will be fun...

Anyhow, yeah Lin, but he had 7 dimes, that's was nice...

We played on AS sim. That's a nice difficulty for regular games, but apparently on TU thats too much.
