| I can only play 1 today anyway so I wont be threatening you to play today. What about Sunday? There should be more ppl on TU so we could likely get a human gm in. Assuming server works, which is iffy on weekend. | |

That game won't get over until 530 ET. That's near your bed time smh I was proud of the effort yesterday. Our 1st half was too miserable we couldn't fully recover. I think we had 13 pts.

I'm open to suggestions. I rage quit from my 2k12 offline association the other day. It was pretty special.

| I made a cute team with the Rockets in Association. Starting five: Dragić - E. Gordon - Parsons - P. Gasol - Camby
Lost interest after the first month or so.

| I usually build a team on association and them blow it after each season. Part of it is boredom and part of it is I like using different players. I usually play the first 7-8 games and then sim to playoffs. Then I'll play 1-2 playoff games and get bored again and sim til the end. I don't get nearly as bored with OA. At least I'm on the journey with other people and the results of my games are public and have "some" meaning. The speed issue pisses me off so much at times. I'll probably start another association on 2k11. The CPU was really hard on that game but it played better and more realistic.
I think my latest rage quit occurred because D12 was like 4-16 from the field and the other team was making every thing. I slammed my controller into a pillow and took the game out ASAP. #videogameproblems
Now I'm back to play GTA out of desperation.

| CPU is shocking in 2k12, absolutely kills offline modes, you can bet 2k13 will be the same old story, the first time MP was introduced was the last time it was playable imo. | |

| MP was decent on 2k11. The motivation of being able to use your MP for crew was a definite plus. I couldn't play MP on 2k12 because it seemed so pointless. Using create a player and doing it Hrvoje's way seems better than MP when there's no crew. | |

| Mike Wang is more of a traitor than LeBron James or Ray Allen. Fuck him.
I wonder if video games will ever get to the point where they don't release games every year like they do now. It gets to the point where what more can they really do to improve/help a game? You know? You'd think as patches evolve that maybe in time they'll just charge us a fee for a big patch (similar to DLC) instead of spending 60 dollars per year on a game that doesn't change much. #randomthoughts

- 2K Sports today started to reveal details regarding gameplay improvements for NBA 2K13. Earlier discussion regarding long overdue changes to controls has held true as the right analog has now been turned into the control stick. Holding the left trigger will turn the right analog back into the shot stick for those who choose to shoot in that manner.
The game also will have improved passing with crisper tosses and better accuracy to the player the user intended receive the ball – including the ability to make manual bounce passes. A new system to handle the physics of contact between players will affect several areas of the game such as drives into traffic, collisions, and rebounding. Each player can have up to five “signature skills” to help differentiate them beyond just their ratings.
Most Signature Skills affect probability rather than ratings; "we didn't really want to go there," said Jones, pointing out that attributes alone don't convey players' talents well enough. "Brick Wall" gives players like Kendrick Perkins a better chance of knocking down a player with a pick. Derrick Rose is a "Floor General," a Skill that increases his team's offensive awareness. Each player can have up to five Signature Skills, and they all have recognizable icons to let gamers know which ones a player possesses.
The Shot button is still there and more fully featured than in past versions. So if you choose, you can use the Right Stick for dribble moves and do all your shots with the face buttons. A lot of guys in the office prefer to play this way. In case you missed it, B (CIRCLE) is a Hop Step button again. No fear Bryan Leroy will cheese you again... - Quote :
- There's an option to toggle the default behavior of the Control Stick. So you can make the Right Stick Shot Stick by default, and then hold LT (L2) to activate Isomotion.
If you adopt the Control Stick fully, you'll have more control over your player than any basketball has ever given in the past... hands down - Quote :
As long as we have the same arsenal of moves as last year I think everyone will love it. The question is about the shots that were triggered by holding down the LT, like the eurostep...will we still be able to pull off those moves? Yes. The Shot Stick is more gesture based now. Throw the stick left to right for a left to right Euro, Double tap the Stick to the left to hop step to the left, etc.
