Spurs keep pulling those great role players out of their ass every season, how the hell do they do it, late drafts, good trades etc. Great organisation.

I am disappoint Indiana

If it comes down to celtics vs Miami, I think I'm rooting for Boston. I just remembered when mr complaining flopper haslem called out pierce on toughness, which is just pathetic

Vinny Del Negro system is a joke, depending strictly on Paul...

How many times I have to say that guy needs to be gone?

@Paul

How do you feel about that Gasol series ending pass lol?

Philly ain't shitty period. This is another team in the playoffs, I mean what the fuck are y'all watching? Sweet Jesus...

Pacers and the Heat are going to game 7, the Heat will win the next game, the Pacers are gonna win game 6 and hopefully game 7, no team in the East can win 3 games in a row in a playoff series...

I'm still depressed from that game.. I hope Pau is gone in the off season. I wonder if the Houston deal will still be on the table. I wouldnt mind Dragic, Martin, and Scola over Pau.

anyway. I think I'm done watching NBA for this season. too depressing to think that we coulda/woulda/shoulda been up 3-1 Sad

time to wait on Pacquioa vs Jaret Jack fight Smile

I'm with Ante on Philly....they don't look shitty the way they're playing lately. The Bulls had a great record this year without Rose and the 76ers dismantled them. That team is literally one good front court player away from being a top 5 team. Holiday, Iggy, Turner, Lou, etc is very solid compared to most teams in the backcourt. Too bad they wasted all that money on the black hole, Thaddeus Young.

Indiana isn't that good. I could see Philly/Boston easily beating them. Good video game team maybe. Hibbert is still a huge vagina, just like he was in college. Hansbrough disgraced the game with his pathetic performance in game 4. That being said I'm still not counting them out against the Heat. That game was close yesterday and Wade/LeBron/Haslem can't play any better.

Spurs over the Thunder in 5 games imo

Thad is not a black hole, nor did he get overpaid imo, they'll get a decent big next year I think, then amnesty or trade Brands expiring for something, let Lou go(some team will overpay that chump). They've got a bright future if their front office doesn't go and fuck up like Clippers(Jordan lol/smh etc.).
Hibbert is one tall vagina, the dude can barely move his legs ffs.
Spurs I love you

Thad Young is a decent player but I don't understand why Philly is the team who overpaid for him. He would be great playing alongside a good big man but that's not the case right now. You can barely have him on the floor right now because of that. Heaven knows he's a terrible defender himself, not to mention undersized. I hope they get a legit big man, otherwise it's a huge waste of money. They should be calling Orlando with Howard offers IMO. They have enough trade pieces to pull off a deal. Only problem is they would likely want Holiday but oh well. Howard and Young would be amazing playing together.

Elton Brand turned back the clock in the first half tonight. Dude was making everything. They just rely on jumpers too much. I wish Iggy had more freedom on offense. I find it hard to believe he couldn't beat Pierce off the dribble a ton and who would be at the rim as the last line of defense? Friggin KG or Bass? Puh lease. He could draw tons of fouls and give them another look offensively.

The refs have been bad most of this series imo...I thought that late T that Doug Collins picked up was brilliant. Sending a message for the next game to the refs. It will probably work.

I love how irl OKC plays like my OKC lol. #1 in turnovers, last in assists, heavy fast break team, relying on 2 players, #2 seed

Mostly iso plays, etc. they don't run that one PnR at the top of the key nearly as much as you though. It's very Leroy'ish except irl Harden doesn't get mistreated/underutilized or threatened to be traded every day. Harden never forgave you after the first report surfaced of him being involved in that 3 way deal with Portland and Dallas before the season even started.

Andrew Bynum moved up the list of my favorite players tonight with his epic post game comment about his future.

"it doesn't really matter to me, I'll play anywhere"

That's always great to hear from the future of your franchise. It's funny/weird that he doesn't seem to "get it" after all these years in the league. Lakers need to trade Gasol and improve the bench and they'll be fine. That bench is pretty fucking sorry and my buddy Matt Barnes gets the shaft. Too bad Sessions wasn't the savior he was built up to be. Poor kid had too high of expectations. The extreme close up of Mitch Kupchak late in the game was a nice touch from TNT too.

Hey every single player had that play and it worked. Probably the only play that worked that wasn't a simple iso. Also I wouldn't even call them PnR's, that's ante. Mine were screens, you know Perkins/any other big isn't getting the ball lol. Also harden was usually nonexistent irl up until the playoffs. Him and his 6 to 10 points vs contending teams in the regular season is very like me

I wanna know where the other half of the rotation went for the lakers. The only bench players I saw were Blake & Hill. I died @ that closeup tho. TNT wants free advertisement from the overuse that gif is going to receive

Hill is a rebounding machine and nothing else. Shows no effort whatsoever.

Yeah and that's why the Spurs will destroy them, well not destroy them, but 4-2 is written all over it...That's why they lost in WCF last year, too many ISO plays and no diversions in the offense (much like the Clippers PNR except this is ISO offense, but with great defenders Sefolosha, Perk and Ibaka, the Clippers have 1-2 defender who don't play in the starting 5) and that's why the big fish like the Spurs won't have problems defending it, against the Spurs you have to throw different shots at them, much like a boxing match where you mix it up, jab jab, uppercut and a little more jab and then a right hook etc...OKC will be ISO ISO KD KD, Harden, Russell PNR PNR...And their explosiveness won't bother the Spurs, because they are fresh, without injuries and they have a DEEP team of defenders and a great system...

Rondo and Bass played terrific, KG was playing great in the 1st half, Stiemsma is good passer as a big men and so is Bass, the Celtics turned it ON in the 3rd quarter, that team wasn't seen in these playoffs, that's some EFFORT and HEART, it was really fun to watch Pierce, Bass, Rondo, Ray diving on the floor for loose balls and killing the Sixers on the boards...Iggy had 2 ft'2 to lift the lead to 8, he missed it, they turnover the ball next 4 possession, BALL GAME...

Rondo is so good running the break and finding cutters, that Pietrus find was eye popping...

So this is a Boston team that hasn't shown us the full display (maybe against ATL in round 1 and Sixers game 3, they blown them out that game), only the great 2nd half yesterday, I wonder what could they do when they jump on a team from the get go...I hope for a BOS-IND ECF, but I think that neither Miami or Indiana can beat the Celtics in a 7 game series, because what Boston has shown when they turn it ON is amazing basketball, and it looks so fast, the ball movement is crazy, if they can show it for a full game it's over...Only team that can beat them is the Spurs and OKC...

The East is a joke with big men, Bass dominating like Dwight Howard, really? I mean Bass is a great player, but against OKC or the Spurs he wouldn't for sure...OKC is a bad matchup for the Celtics, KG wouldn't be so dominant, he would score, but not as efficient, the Spurs and the Celtics would be fun to watch, prolly go game 7...Against OKC I doubt, I think OKC would've swept them because of the size and explosiveness...

Hibbert is the best big men in the ECF playoffs and that's extremely sad...

The Sixers play extremely well when they defend, rebound and run HARD, but when they turnover the ball against the high pressure Celtic defense they can't do much, they were just outplayed...I think game 6 is bye bye for Philly, Doug Collins did a fantastic job, I tip my hat off and Iggy and co. played hard and played great as Bryan said in round 1, I doubt they can win game 6...Although no team has won 2 in a row in this series...

Karma bit Leroy in the ass by having him lose in the 1st round via sim. bounce

In a newer roster update Harden at one point had an ridiculous potential rating which resulted in him being 87 after 1 yr and 92 after 2nd. I think they eventually toned that down a bit.

smh @ 2k going overboard on ratings. They had it right when he started the year in the mid 70s and progressed him to about 80 year 2. Of course this is the same company that gave Rubio a three point rating in the 80s after he started the season like 5-10 from three in the first 2 weeks. #Overreaction

I feel like the Spurs will shut down the Thunder. I think this will be the series where RW throws out one of his vintage 4-19 FG games. The only thing that concerns me about the Spurs is the athletic ability of OKC. I'm looking forward to it either way. I don't care who wins. It's too bad the East is so weak right now without Bosh or DRose playing. 3 teams from the west could win the east atm. And Boston desperately needs Avery Bradley back. He was a big part of their run late in the year. Even though it was fun watching Ray out there with the rest of the Big 3.

Go Pacers tonight Basketball I will be watching and begging.

Classy win by Miami again

I'm convinced that the NBA is rigged at this point. There's no way in hell these games aren't rigged. Sixers & Pacers are literally not allowed to win. (cause of the way these games are officiated)

If Nola gets #1 pick, then NBA is rigged 110%

After LeBron hit that three to end the first half I stopped watching. I knew where that game was heading. Actually, when Battier made those 3 early threes I began to feel sick. Heat looking good now. Bunch of whining fgts. As long as OKC and the Spurs stay healthy they will dispose of them. That's the only saving grace.

I agree with Leroy and I cheer for NOLA to get no.1 pick Jack Gordon + Davis = title

Although I want Draymond Green, that man understands bball better than any other player in this class, I hope Celtics get him, he's pretty low...

Yeah, but I still believe in Celtics heart and pride to dismantle the Heat...
