I know NY is garbage, but it wasn't just a regular beatdown. It was literally one quarter and the series ended. Maybe celtics survive 1 1/2 games

I'm kinda hoping spurs win it all. Or lakers, I got no problem with them. Rooting for pacers and philly. I wanted Memphis to win it all but that team is just so wow

Chris Paul won this series, but against the Spurs he can win 1 game and that's it...Leroy you just can't be realistic, I'm sorry pal but your opinion about basketball is hilarious man...

I hope for a Thunder-Spurs WCF and Spurs will win it all, they're too good, I've been saying that since January...I don't need to state my opinion on the Lakers like Bryan lol...We know it all...

As Bryan said, the Knicks were shorthanded physically and mentally, the Celtics if healthy can beat the Heat in a 7 game series, Bradley can defend Wade, Pietrus can defend LeBron and Pierce at times, they both can have great games, but anyone seen the Celtics BEATING up the Heat twice in the season? I think Miami is scared of this team, you seen the Rondo interview with David Aldridge? Talk about confidence fella...

Im not realistic? Says the guy that thinks miami won't make the finals? lol ok

So NOW the knicks are good/an actual playoff team? NOW you imply they had a chance to beat miami? When back then you guys were shit talking them to death about them being a joke? NOW theyre shorthanded? Why? Just because miami beat them? You REALLY wanna take THAT much away from the Miami victory?

Nice to see the hate on Miami. They flopped my team out of the playoffs and I'm not even hating.

Btw no one can defend Lebron & wade is a joke. Boston may take one game from them just because heat are probably too busy laughing at how much of a joke they are. By game 2 they'd be back at it

Have I said that the Knicks would've beaten the Heat? Find it? It's just they've seemed great but (Heat) but played a shorthanded team, trashing the Knicks isn't tough, same goes for Celtics last season, they swept them man...

Boston has the best defense in the NBA with the Bulls so please man, look up the season numbers LeBron and Wade put up against Boston, except game 1 early in the season...

Boston v Miami will be a good series, thats all i know, worth watching, even tho i can't stand watching heat. Philly will get swept imo, they're just totaly shit in 4th quarters against good teams, you can count on all games being close in that series.

I never said beating the Knicks is impressive, AND i was saying that you're implying that they were good enough because you say the Knicks lost becaus they were "shorthanded." STOP TAKING AWAY FROM MIAMIS WIN. if this was Boston, you woulda been like OH YEAH BOSTON KILLED A PLAYOFF TEAM, when in they eyes of literally everyone here NYK is and always was a joke

Stop with the damn Miami hate. I get it, but don't do shit like that and call out my logic/realisticness

Also something random I've noticed: why do you like Chris Paul? All I ever hear is "because of his heart and will to win".... Exactly what has he won? And I also remember you calling Lebron heartless and gutless but he's done more individually and for the team. And You wanna call out my logic? GTFO

Chris Paul has won plenty....sweet 16 one year with Wake Forest...ummm that one playoff run when the Spurs beat them like 4 yrs ago, etc Wink

Yeah, it's not much of a track record. I did get misty eyed when I first heard about him scoring 61 pts in a high school game to honor his grandpa. That was really cool imo

He's a great PG but he needs to improve his act on the court a bit. Stop all the flopping for starters. It's a major turnoff to most people.

I feel guilty rooting against Iggy in this Boston series. I really admire him. He just plays the game and does it all. Definite team 1st guy without an agenda.

Hmm that grandpa game was him? I'm seriously thinking it was someoe else lol, but it was cool. I would like Paul if he actually handled himself better on the court

Sixers beating them going into 4th. Watch them lose by like 20

Paul has the will to win and look at Paul's team throughout the years, LeBron has Wade and Bosh FFS, yeah the run in the 07 finals was impressive, but the eastern conference except the Pistons was funny shit, Western Conference is much tougher, in 08 NOLA had to go through the Mavs and then Spurs who lost to the Lakers, the best player Paul ever played was West and now freaking Griffin who doesn't have a post move jeesh man...And yes it was him, 61, respect, I respect every 6' player, short guy, because when I see with how much heart they play it's great, LeBron plays like a horse and I don't like his acting, the whole dancing and bs, I just don't like him idk, I like Paul, so what, we have a different taste and that you can't judge, but I can judge someones basketball IQ when they say that a solid PG is better than the best PG in the world...

You hate Paul more than I hate LeBron, you say freaking Mike Conley is better than Paul, that's beyond stupid...At least I admit that LeBron is the best player in the world, I don't say that Rudy Gay is better than him...

Eastern conference wasn't as much of a joke. Remember Lebron basically swept (I think) the wizards 3 straight years. WITH PRIME agent 0, Caron butler, and antawn Jamison. THATS impressive, even if they only made the finals once. Stop trying to take away things from Lebron. 3 prime stars (one superstar) all defeated by a single player, I'm sure Lebron woulda killed to have David west

lol you dont like lebrons act? But Paul has the same exact thing

When I say Conley > Paul, I mean that if I'm starting a team, I'm taking the 4 year guy who went from complete bust & bum to a guy who led a team of great players in th playoffs vs "the best pg." I'm not taking the 10 year vet who hasn't done a damn thing over a young guy who is STEADILY improving.

Like I said before, only reason I hate Paul is because of the damn flopping. If LBJ flops, I kinda understand it cause you could probably shoot that freak in the knee and he'd still finish the play. I don't like the unnecessary oversell of no call at all tho

This is the dumbest post I've ever seen...

Chris Paul a 10 yr old vet, and hasn't done a damn thing in his career? Ok I'll be smarter and just back off, because this has proven that you don't know shit about basketball...

The Celtics should stop off at a retirement home on their way to Philly and drop off Paul Pierce. My goodness he's been terrible this series. I realize Iggy is a big time athlete/defender but come on man. He's 5-20 FGs this series. I don't understand the lack of urgency from Boston until the 4th quarter. They think they can coast the first three and turn it on late. That's complete BS. Philly has good players, especially when Turner is playing well. Dangerous team in the future when they get better bigs and upgrade the bench. No disrespect to Elton Brand but he's done and Hawes is a defensive liability.

This just in...The Thunder are good.

Can't wait for this Spurs v Clippers series. Professionalism vs bitchism

lol wow ante. It must be such a huge difference between 7 & 10. Life changing type of difference there

Kinda sad how iggy won't be apart of this team next year, but I understand why. Evan turner needs to get PT to develop better. Gonna be a totally different team next year, especially if they amnesty brand. I honestly don't see sixers getting any quality bigs, without iggy, they lose some of the lure they had. Even if Evan turner turns out to be iggy 2.0

I feel bad for the Bulls without Rose because without him playing a guy like Boozer suddenly becomes worthless. Hopefully Rose can come back next March and make a playoff run.

So sad to see Miami lose. Both teams tried hard to choke it away but Miami choked a bit harder. If Wade didn't try to flop on that last iso he would have made that shot IMO. LeBron will take heat for his missed FTs, etc.

Philly v Indiana in the conference finals could happen. No Bosh is probably a big deal for a team with only 7 NBA players on the entire roster and no other front court players to speak of besides Haslem, who is past his prime.

If chalmers didn't flop on the 3 he coulda made it IMO. Shits getting out of hand, I want fines at least.

The thought of Indiana going to the finals makes me happy. They're the eastern grizzlies

Ahhh delicious flopper rape.

Kobe >>>

"There's a difference [between taking a charge and flopping]. We all know what flopping is when we see it," Bryant said. "The stuff that you see is where guys aren't really getting hit at all and are just flailing around like a fish out of water. That's kind of like, where are your balls at?"

Man, I watched em so what? Still I watched more Celtics games and I haven't watched NOLA a lot this season, because it was tough to watch it without eric gordon...When he came back it was sweet...

Y'all two adore to throw shots at me...

Can you find something more controversial please, so we can all "laugh"...

Spurs are so lovely to watch, the Clippers can't do shit against them, maybe in LA, 4-1 or 4-2, if Clippers get 2 games, that will be like they've got in the Memphis series, all Paul...

Indiana smelled the blood and won, without Bosh the Heat can be attacked by DWest and Hibbert more and more, if the Pacers get their stroke at home, 3-1 IMO...

George can really defend LeBron at times...Imagine if the Heat lost in the 2nd round? Bryan, I would imagine what would Skip Bayless say about LeBron, that would be the biggest choke ever...Not that I underestimate Indy, but the Heatles said not 1, not 2, not 3, not 4...But hey, if LeBron and Wade play mad next game watch out...

I still think Boston will turn it up a notch next game in the 1st three quarters, I think Doc will have his emphasis on that and game 3 or 4 are must wins for Boston...

^I agree that the Spurs are no longer boring. That being said, Matt Bonner is the most annoying looking player in the NBA. But I love the unselfish play from EVERYBODY on the roster. It's pretty amazing to bring Stephen Jackson and Ginobili off the bench. I'll take their 1 through 12 against anybody. They have no weaknesses except age but right now that's no factor since they've only played 5 meaningful games in about 3 weeks.

OKC v Spurs would be an epic series. I expect the Lakers to keep fighting though so I won't assume OKC is there yet. I'll be interested to see what the Lakers would do if they lost 4-1 or 4-2. I would assume a major trade would be in the works after two straight years of getting smacked in the conference semifinals and Kobe only has a few years left.

Flopping needs to be fixed in the offseason imo...Tony Parker flopped a bunch last night too. Not every team does it but it seems like a lot of the high profile teams do so we get exposed to it a lot. The teams with balls like the Celtics and Lakers don't do it much. Well, Pau Gasol does but he's Euro, etc
