NBA 2011-2012 SEASON DISCUSSIONS

Flopping would go away fast if the refs would "let them play" and not call much except for obvious things. Players would eventually get the message and stop falling down for no reason. Unfortunately that is unlikely to happen. I'm all for fines. Have the league review tapes from each game and if they see excessive flopping the fine is issued. The whole thing is a shame because its the one negative against NBA basketball. Otherwise the product is pretty much great, especially compared to watered down college basketball.

KG has earned the right to bark at people IMO. Plus in this series he's fully aware that Brand or Hawes can't guard him so he's doing it even more. Don't you dare compare KG to CP3 in those terms. Honestly, I just love KG's heart and effort. He goes hard EVERY GAME. That's a rare thing anymore. CP3 goes hard too but the flopping pisses me off. That must be how KG talking smack constantly makes you feel.

The Lakers impressed me last night. Yeah, they choked but they proved they aren't overmatched. I could see them winning both in LA.

The Pacers better take care of business tonight. Rooting against Miami is stressful. It would be incredible if LeBron got knocked out in the conference semifinals. It would make for several months of Heat/Lebron criticism from the media #Loveit

The Heat had a similar look as the Cavs did back in the LeBron era last night. A look that says we don't give a shit anymore. Those guys are all jokes. Celtics showed SOOO much heart tonight. I mean their will to lose is unmatched by anyone in the NBA. Just look at how hard gayg played out there. Giving up a huge lead in the 2nd half to a team that was shooting 21% is impossible. But once again gayg proves that impossible is nothing

Boston almost deserves to lose this series the way they keep letting Philly hang around. The Celtics have played 2 good games this postseason. They were playing os well in March/April. Perhaps they peaked too early and age is catching up, etc. Doug Collins is not letting Ray Ray get any good looks. One guy is constantly up his ass and there's always 1 or 2 others shadowing. And then he blows on defense so he's almost a liability to have on the floor. Winner of game 5 will win the series. smh that its come to that.

Spurs flex their muscle again today...that team ain't losing to anybody in a 7 game series. I'm not sure anyone will beat them more than once in a series. CP3 looks like 70 overall PG in this series.
