Cp3 will retire ringless unless he pulls a juwan Howard.

I would rather see Anthony Davis and EG getting a ring before CP3...

So what Vince? He has great players around him, it would be sad if he didn't win one now, and LeBron is 9 years in the lg so, please, Chris Paul chose Vinny Del Negro and the Clippers, bad choice he'll have to play out of his mind next season to win it, I know he has the will like nobody else but he has a crappy coach and Deandre Jordan...

Vinny won't be coaching there long IMO. Anything less than the conference finals next year and the heat will be turned up on him. CP3 will get to the Finals at some point.

Only reason I give LeBron credit for this ring is because I don't feel he had much help in the playoffs. It would be different if Bosh was putting up 18 and 10 and Wade was playing great but neither one happened more than one or two games. I blame Boston for losing game 6 and not closing the Heat out. The landscape of the NBA would have completely changed if Boston wins that game.

I still don't think the Heat will go on a crazy run of titles. Maybe 2 out of 3. Mike Miller retiring will be HUGE for them. I know he played straight out in game 5 of the Finals but he doesn't have much left anymore. Chronically injured.

I really hope the Celtics are drafting Royce White as the reports claim. The next great point forward in the NBA.

And Draymond Green, man I love that dude....

You're right, completely right about game 6...I just hope KG doesn't retire...He's my ultimate motivation right now in my life...When I work hard and I'm beaten down and I can't breathe I remember of KG and how he approaches things and I just go to a next level...

KG is a great inspiration for any walk of life IMO. Dude has played 17 years in the league and still averaged 19 and 10 during a 20 game playoff run this year. He's played in the NBA longer than Leroy has been alive ffs. The guy is a beast. I would completely understand if he does retire. It would be hard to top what he just did. Hell, if for some reason he left Boston and chased a title elsewhere I'd still root for him but I doubt that happens.

The other day my friend compared Kevin Love to KG and I said, first of all with that team, KG would've been in the WCF as he did with Minnesota bad teams, he would have Rubio Johnson and Pekovic ffs, KG had Spree, Wally, Cassell = Rubio + he didn't have a bench, this team has a decent bench and I said to him: "Don't you ever compare Kevin Love to Kevin Garnett, EVER!"

More hate on Kevin love Smh. He'll prove all you asshats wrong soon enough. No chance in hell Minnesota makes WCF with gayg or love, they need a strong wing player. A very very very good one, just to advance one round. This isn't the east

Hi Dexter.

KG is still a top 20 player in the NBA IMO.

Kevin Love is good but I don't care about his inflated numbers. Until he puts up those numbers for a good team it's basically just noise to me. I do think they would have made the playoffs this year if Rubio wouldn't have got hurt. Maybe next year is their year. The West is so far ahead of the East in terms of total number of good teams. I really thought when Amare went to NY and Boozer went to Chicago that it would balance things out but it turns out those two guys arguably have the worst contracts in the NBA currently.

The West has so many up and coming teams. Utah, Minnesota, Golden State, Clippers, Houston maybe, etc. The East has Miami, Chicago, Indiana (heartless team) and MAYBE Philly as up and comers. Yet another reason for Boston to put the band back together for another run because the East is so sad that they can actually win it. I'm sure Atlanta won't make any changes and bring the same crappy team back for the 6th straight year.

The Knicks are the wild card. If they start the year off poorly, time to blow it up imo. Trade Melo while he still has value.

Sup crax

I dont see how you guys find gayg inspiring... like at all. He hasn't done anything extraordinary.. There's plenty of old geezers out there who still contribute to their professions at high levels.

Grizzlies are still my pick for the finals next year for the west. If floppers didnt flop them out of the playoffs, they could've done damage. They all got heart and the desire, Rudy gay probably less than the others, but still.give me another team with 5 solid bigs, a possible star (when he wants to), an all NBA defender, and an 18&10 avg'ing PG

^I didn't realize you had such a crush on Mike Conley. 18 and 10 my ass. The Griz completely blew that series.

KG has been playing in the NBA longer than you've been alive. Just think about that for a second. And after all these years he just averaged 19 and 10 during a long playoff run. At age 36. And it's not like Boston runs pick and rolls or other simple shit for him like the Spurs do with Tim Duncan to keep him somewhat relevant. KG benefits from playing with an elite PG like Rondo but KG still has to make things happen on his own plenty. And not to mention he's still a beast of a defender. I thought it was a little bogus he was 1st team all defense until I saw the Heat series. After seeing that, he was VERY deserving.

26 and 11 in a game 5 victory at Miami. A place where the OKC Thunder went 0-3 and shriveled up like testicals on a cold day. 28 14 and 5 in closeout game 6 over Atlanta. 27 13 4 in a key game 3 victory @ Philly. #Beast

Conley had somewhere around 18&10 in the playoffs.

I did realize the gayg crush, however. I'm still not impressed.. Well kinda, but I don't see how this is deserving of a mancrush of this level. Why don't other players get this treatment. Like Kobe, he's 33/34, with an endless amount of career threatening injuries and he almost won the scoring title. He actually did something in the regular season and had to carry his team in the playoffs. Why aren't you guys mancrushing on him yet?

I'm MUCH more impressed by that then some fgt running around barking at people then talking about "class" while he gets carried by rondo for the rest of his career. I don't five any kind of fuck about his constant 20 ft jumpshots and scoring 20 & 10+ against HORRID teams in the east.

27 & 13 in Atlanta? I'm real happy about his stats against an injured Josh smith, al horford, and Collins aka Mr. Only guy in 2k who can consistently pull a 40 ovr

I have a great deal of respect for what Kobe did this year. He looked done after the 2011 season and he definitely bounced back.

The teams in the East might be crappy but why can't other players do what KG did then? I mean, if it's so easy, etc. Amare can't get it done against the crappy East teams. Boozer can't get it done. Melo can't get it done. Bosh can barely get it done and he's playing with superstars. If the East was so easy then the Knicks would have more than 1 playoff win in the last 10 years IMO. It's been plenty difficult the last 6-8 yrs.

Who cares if the softies from Atlanta were banged up. Boston had plenty of guys injured. Ray Allen contributed next to nothing the first two rounds of the playoffs because he could barely walk. Avery Bradley kept dislocating his shoulder. They didn't make excuses, they had solutions. Rondo missed game 2 of that series ffs and those bums still couldn't beat the C's in hotlanta. KG didn't have Rondo to "carry him" that night and he still managed 15, 12, and 5.

You know why KG barks at his opponents? Because he can. He backs it up. Let's face it, he's got a few screws loose up in his head but the man is a dominant player. I think he's underrated in terms of all-time status.

Can't wait for the draft this week and then the summer league in a few weeks. Without the NBA, I have nothing to watch until football season basically. #Depression

Well at least you acknwoledge Kobe.. Your turn ante

I am in no way defending atlantas shittyness or saying C's were at full strength lol. Ray allen & bradley werent defending KG. Injured softies were. The Difference between KG and those others is he's from a different era. A smarter era. I'm sure these asses can do it, but they are just beyond retarded. Melo/amare have done it btw and boozer has always been a worthless softy. Dwill made him

I have yet to see KG back up his own bs against anyone taller than 6'. He runs from anyone above that. I would support his garbage if he actually started bs vs top bigs but nope... #coward

At least College football is before NFL lol, TV's always boring after NBA finals

Ben Gordon to the Bobcats.

I like it. He makes too much money but he can still play and it's only two years left on the deal.

KG was picking fights with Elton Brand during the playoffs. He's about 6'5 Wink

Can't wait for the draft and free agency. Looking forward to Javele McGee getting his inflated contract. Also curious that JR Smith opted out, yet wants to stay in NY. I doubt they'll have much money to give him. He made a huge mistake going to China last year. Someone would have given him a nice contract, like 4 yrs 25 mil or so. Now he's relegated to making 2-4 per yr on short term contracts.

Bobcats will now have 3 undersized shooting guards with no defense, splendid tactic by MJ.

Now that the seasons over, I been watching old NBA playoffs commercials (old for me at least) and I'm almost dying from the nostalgic feeling lol. Fighter was possibly the greatest playoff theme of all time

Cho made a good deal.

They got a valuable first round pick and Gordon is on a 3-year contract. It's not like the Bobcats will do anything special in that period, so the risk with taking on his salary is justified.

http://basketball.realgm.com/wiretap/221775/Warriors_Talking_To_Denver_About_Swapping_No_7_For_Chandler

The GM for the Nuggets is almost as bad as that guy who kept making tons of trades in our OA. I can't remember his user name. @hiddenUser is all I can remember. But seriously, they sign Nene to a long term deal last December, trade him at the deadline. They sign Wilson Chandler to a long term deal in March and already looking to move him.

FFS man. Make a decision and stick with it.

The Bobcats are looking good. They might win 20 games next yr imo.
