This is unexplored space as far as I'm concerned. I don't know what to do esp. when we (mostly me) were harsh to Paul when he tried to do the similar thing.

Why not waive Hayes and have Houston sign him for the same money f.e.?

You're right though...we need to set an example with this particular move for the future.

The rule also says you can only trade 3 players...He's done that already. That's where the issue comes in.

So what if when you trade 3 players away - does that imply that you are done with trading, no matter what kind of trade it is? I always thought it was like that.

^honestly Bounce, you're probably right. I was being short-sided in my initial opinion.

I'm fine either way but you make sense. Once you trade 3 players away you should probably be done with the trade game. And let's be honest, draft picks are fairly worthless anyway.

Wow ... one takes a nap. I did this because it was said that only 3 players can be traded away, and this is pretty much as if I picked him from the draft. But here is my question!

For my 3 players I got back 3 players while Pau for his 3 players got 4 players. Where the hell is the difference if I get a 4th player via draft pick and a 2nd trade?

I don't understand. Don't even think I went around the rules here it's not like I trade another player away. It would be more iffy if I waived a player and Tonj picked him and he did the same since we both have a bad record and are guranted to get that player back.

In what way does my roster change any differently if I pick a FA?

How is it more #FANTASY if I get Hayes via trading draft pick than if I get Bogans via FA. Simply don't get it. And how it is less #fantasy if I get a 4th player by trading 3 players than aquiring a 4th via trading a draft pick.

So if this is the rule I think the Paul trade should be vetoed since he got 4 players for 3. #equality #nothingagainstyoupaul #logicislogic

The rule is to avoid fantasy by trading out too much of the initial roster not to cut the users balls away. Am I even allowed to pick up FAs?

So technicaly i trade away 3 of my original players(turner,noce,brackins) and get 3 back(george,wright, amundson), then trade amundson and wright (not my original players) and get hayes. So it's 3(turner,noce,brack) for 2(george,hayes) in the end, the other 2(wright and amundson) are as good as a wortless pick. But its ok, i approve, i wanted hayes just for the fact that i like him irl, don't give a shit how good/bad he is in game.

I have no problem in not getting Hayes, like you I like him IRL but he will not be a game changer.

My question is: Why can someone(Paul) do two trades, trade 3 away from his roster and get 4 players and why can't I do that?


P.S. And Crax what you stated above makes no sense since we said we would not be sending players we aquired around unless it's a teamer.

Tehnically its possible to make 7 trades if we allow 4 picks to count as additional trade pieces after you trade 3 players away. ffs

Because you traded 3, that's the rule, you can trade 3 PLAYERS and get 365 for them...

But the risk is if you trade someone like Gasol, who is a great player, you get more, but it's a risk etc...

I dont think there should be a trade limit. If the users dont think a trade should go through then they veto. If they think a squad is making too many team changing trades then they veto. Simple as that imo.

Bounce it still needs to get approved. But noone answered my question yet regarding Paul. Why can he do 2 trades get 4 players and I can't?

Then we should have a rule that we can only acquire 3 players as well and that we can't sign from FA as well imo, cause it's all the same result wise.
