Welcome to the 3rd and final edition in ISBA's this season #MVPwatchlist, the week has been solid, but not so active as we all want to, but that's how the season ends, some teams are down in the standings so they don't play because they aren't interested in this season and they're waiting for the next one, so people calm down for the inactivity, in the playoffs, the playoff human teams should be active and when the next (if) starts then the activity should be back again. The list is made how MVP list should be made, standings + stats + big performances (throughout the year) + clutch matters, with grades and our favorite stuff is hashtags (Copyright Hrvoje aka Bounce), and #GoalsForThePlayoffs (as Hrvoje says, who doesn't like it, he can go fuck himself and write his own MVP Watch list, #watchlist) :
1. Derrick Rose (40-18 1st EAST) 20.2ppg 7.1apg 49% FG, only 27% from three, 91% FT (1st PER leading scorer in the league) (1st in usage rate above heads and toes over anyone)Derrick Rose had a cinderella season, and probably surprised some people in ISBA, maybe not myself, but I think a lot of people is surprised, he may not have the stats as Chris Paul and the efficiency, but 1 on 1, 1 on 2, 1 on 3, 1 on 4, 1 on 5, he's unstoppable in a playoff series, maybe you can stop him in a one game in a series, but c'mon, the guy is bigger, faster, stronger than any point guard in ISBA and has some smarts, give4 KJ credit for doing a fantastic job on coaching. He's first because of the 1st seed and he finished the season fairly strong, as I thought so, but was threatened to have the 1st place stolen from some other point guard who's playing for the "other" LA team. Also the pressure is on you Mr.Rose and KJ now, the spotlight is yours, if you are what you say you are, a superstar, the crowd is here and the lights are on and you gotta show yours, it's the playoffs, leggo!!!

2. Chris Paul (37-21 Tied 2nd WEST) 16.7ppg 7.4 apg 2.9 spg 49% FG, 40% 3P, 91% FT (1st in EFF and EWA leads the leauge in steals and assists & almost 50-40-90 season)The Clippers had a great season and Chris Paul has his fingertips all over it, he's second on the list in the last week? Why? Because they're tied for the second seed on a much tougher Western Conference, and yes Rose hasn't played up to his best, but hey, if the Clippers were first seed on the Western Conference, Paul would be the leader in the last week of the MVP_race. They are tied with the Mavs and Thunder for the 2nd seed. Chris Paul has been conistent for the whole season and so were the Clippers, they haven't had a bigger losing streak than a 2 game losing streak, Chris Paul is arguably the best player in ISBA & the MVP, but in the "experts" opinion (myself) he's a real close second this season, but his greatness is yet to come, everytime he was coached by Ante, he would get the MVP, but not the title everytime.

3. Dirk Nowitzki (37-21 Tied 2nd WEST) 16.9ppg 5.2rpg 51% FG, 34% 3P, 82% FT (top 5 scorer in the league, top 10 in PER and efficiency) - Quote :
- Dirk Nowitzki, did I said that the Mavs are 8th in the WEST and only half of a game behind the Spurs and if they keep winning they'll have homecourt advantage in the first round? Did y'all think that coach Bryan after a meltdown with Denver in ISBA1 and after one cinderella season with the Raptors (reached ECF), that he'll continue amazing performances this season? What if are the Mavs 4th in the wild WCF? Dirk moves up because of his great stats and clutch shooting.
^^ Last weeks Dirk, did I mentioned that the Mavs are tied for the 2nd of the Western Conference? Dirk is the best PF in ISBA period. Bryan made miracles this season again, they were 8-12 at some point in this season, they ended up 37-21  . Only one thing I need to say is that: Every day a star is born, clap for em', clap for em'.

4. Russell Westbrook (37-21 Tied 2nd WEST) 16.4ppg 6.9apg 2.3spg 3.9topg (2nd in the league in steals and in assists, leads the league in turnovers), 49% FG, 27% 3P, 86% FT He fell down on the 4th place, which is solid for young Russell, just because, he started of on 5th and probably we all thought for his free fall, but coach Leroy coaches him well and he will definitely shine in the playoffs, but he leads the league in turnovers and that keeps him out of the big 3, Rose, Paul, Dirk. He had a great season obviously but his decision making is questionable. The Thunder led by KD and Russell are tied for the second place and that's an acomplishment for them, if they've won @ home against the LA Lakers, Westbrook would've been above Dirk, but that loss keeps him 4th, which isn't a bad thing, we will see if his decision making improves in the playoffs.
#GoalsForThePlayoffs: Title of course, but realistically if they meet an LA team in the 2nd round, they will have an early exit.

5. Lamarcus Aldridge (32-26 7th WEST) 19.1ppg 5.0rpg 54% FG, 79% FT (2nd scorer in the league)He has risen from the ashes and cracked the top 5 and the Blazers made the playoffs in a Wild Western Conference, and everybody loves it, he's dethroned from the no.1 PF spot in ISBA, but he's a damn close second, he played out of his mind for the whole season and ended up clutch in the closing games of the season. Don't sleep on coach Hrvoje and his ability and LMA to lead the Blazers to a couple of playoff upsets in the playoffs, scary 7th seed, real scary.

6. Kobe Bryant (38-20 1st WEST) 16.6ppg 1.5spg 51% FG, 36% 3P, 88% FTThe 101 performance over the DLeague Nets is keeping him 6th literally, the Lakers are the 1st seed, the Lakers are heading to the playoffs and they want a 3peat, Kobe isn't posting MVP numbers, neither is Bynum, they're playing great team basketball and Kobe is their best pplayer this season, will they 3peat? They need Kobe to perform better, no matter how Coach Paul loves team basketball (we all love it) but the playoffs are another level of basketball and another beast, the game slows down, you prepare different and the Lakers need their leader to lead them to a tough 3peat.

7. Kevin Durant (37-21 Tied 2nd WEST) 16.9ppg 4.8rpg 1.9spg 49% FG, 34% 3P, 86% FTHe's 7th because Wetbrook is playing better and Westbrook is more comfortable to young coach Leroy, I can't say much for KD, other than that he's been a little unconsistent and not trusted, so basically if this guy plays well in the playoffs and gets some trust from the young coach, the Thunder will go far in the playoffs, so how KD goes, the Thunder goes.

8. Jason Eugene Terry aka the Jet (37-21 Tied 2nd WEST) (not the real Jet) 13.5ppg 48% FG, 42% 3P, 87% FTYes, Jason Terry again, he has been a BIG contributer to the title contending Dallas team, so why is he 8th only on the list? Well his stats are solid, but I think we all agree the rest of the MVP list is pretty much better than the Jet, but give the old guy some credit, he's the second best player on an elite team in the Wild Westrn Conference and he's better than Odom, VC (look at those players), I mean, in 19-20 mpg, from the bench, he's playing his heart out and shooting the lights out, only ISBA player other than Chris Paul and Nick Young to have above 45% FG 40% 3P and above 85 % FT. Impressive? Hel yeah, oh, he gets the 6th man award, congrats Mr.Jet. You and coach bryan deserve it.

9. Nick Young (30-28 Tied 8th EAST) 17.7ppg 47% FG, 41.0% 3P, 88% FT (3rd scorer in the league)Another cinderella season in ISBA and it's the Wizards this season lead by Nick Young. He moved up from the 10th spot, to the 9th spot, which is very desrving since he posted two 50+ performannces this week, but the Wizards are 8th, on the really bad Eastern Conference, but tha doesn't mean that the Wizards, led by Nick Young, can't go through the gritty Bulls. I think we all root for young Young to pull of an upset, he won't be the MVP, but he's the hero of the year and hero of the MVP_race, I tip my hat off to Mr.Young and the coach AFrankel.

10. Blake Griffin (37-21 Tied 2nd WEST) 15.0 ppg 6.8rpg 57% FG (3rd in league EFF)Well, he deserves it since he got the honorable mention twice, but he performed very well throughout the season, several times player of the week, several 30 and 10 performances bring him here and he's the 3rd best PF in ISBA, not much to say about Blake, he will need to prove that he's a winner in the playoffs, but that will be easy, why? Look at his PG and coach, proven winners several times, is he the Clippers X factor? No, Caron Butler is, but he will need to be just solid in the playoffs, rebounding and solid defense from Blake gives the Clippers the edge over every team in ISBA. Will he do it? We'll see it.

(Yes you guessed it right, no CPU candidates

Honorable Mention and up and coming for the MVP list are:
Andrew Bynum, Amare Stoudamire, Carmelo Anthony, LeBron James, Dannilo Gallinari, Kevin Martin, Tony Parker.
We're not done yet people,
our guest coach Bryan is here, enjoy y'all:
1. Rank em' (explain why are they on a certain place etc.)Derrick Rose, Chris Paul, Russell Westbrook
1. Chris Paul
2. Derrick Rose
3. Russell Westbrook
CP3 has taken control of the top PG spot in recent days. I favored Rose at the all-star break but he's picked up some losses and wasn't impressive in those games. Paul has also lost some games recently but has performed better and has been more of a team player. Westbrook has put up big numbers but too many losses. He needs to prove he can win games instead of simply putting up great numbers.
2. Does Dirk Nowitzki deserve to crack the top 3 in the MVP_race?Top three might be a stretch. Top 5 for sure. Dirk is a big part of my success in Dallas, there's no doubt but I don't hog with him and I've still won games. Terry is of equal importance to my success. MVP is a tough award to hand out this season. Nobody has separated themselves from the pack. I would still give LaMarcus Aldridge strong consideration.
3. Fact or Fiction: Nick Young is the lower 5 MVP?I'll say fiction but that's mostly because I'm not a fan of Nick Young and feel he's ALWAYS overrated on 2k for whatever reason. The Wiz coach is solid and could win without Nick Young.
4. Fact or Fiction: #LMAo is the best PF in ISBA?That's fiction. It's Dirk. Only because we're using the roster update that had him with a 99 mid range rating. That's a huge factor. He's 2nd best though. Blake is probably 3rd on ISBA.
5. Should KD get more shots and are the Lakers done, or 3peat?KD gets plenty of shots. He recently went 8-22 against the Lakers. He had his chance and couldn't deliver. I don't buy the rumors of KD being traded but in Leroy's system it's all about Westbrook. The Lakers are far from done. The NBA champ will come from 1 of 3 cities IMO. LA, Chicago, or Washington DC.
6. You have one day, one night, you play the Lakers in the finals, who you pick for your POINT GUARD? Derrick Rose or Chris Paul I'm taking Chris Paul if this is the video game. In real life I'd take Rose. Either way, the Lakers would be helpless in real life with the garbage they trot out at PG. But from an ISBA perspective I don't trust Rose. He tries to carry too much of the load himself, while CP3 has the ability to hog but more importantly he has guys like Caron Butler, Billups, and Blake to fall back on for help.
7. Your Coach of the year, your GM of the year, your 6th man of the year & finally your MVP is?Coach of the year: AFrankel or Ante
GM of the year: Hrvoje or Crax (Philly is a very solid team after he stole Paul George from Indy for Evan Turner)
6th man of the year: Jason Terry. No debate and no other candidates.
MVP: Kobe or Bynum.
