| I'm not so sure. The season is long. A lot can happen. But they are the favorites most certainly for now. As in the west it's trully an enigma. OKC, Memphis maybe ... or one last Spurs run. | |

Yes, I keep telling people and then they tell me you just can't accept they old, I'm like GTFO, I watched the game yesterday, the C's HAD THEM, bad refereeing and Miami Heat aka LeBron, Wade etc. don't know how to beat a 2 3 and 3 2 zone, I mean gtfo best players in the NBA? Don't know what to do when they see a zone defense, then Spoelstra had an interview with Craig Sager before the 4th quarter and he was asked if he was surprised with ZONE D (Celtics ran the zone for the first time ever): "Nah we knew that blah blah, we practice vs zone blah blah" So how come if you practice vs zone, that your star players look like Marquis Daniels and Keyon Dooling on offense vs zone? How come a rookie which I admire, has to save your ass of not being embarrassed by the Celtics zone defense...The kid hit some tough shots and really only one who knew how to play against the zone...

That was the best I've seen the Heat vs a zone. They got some very good looks. They just didn't hit their shots. I saw LeBron and Wade each take bad shots. Besides they had some very good movement and shot selection. Last year they looked confused. This year you could see they actually had a plan of attack. But I will agree Cole looked like he has faced tons of zones. His off the ball movement was pretty much perfect. He didn't waste time when he caught the ball wide open. But on the other hand. Teams won't be able to play this zone defense for too long. You can only play it when it works. Once they start getting good looks it only a matter of time before the shots start falling.

| Cole will fit in perfectly with Miami. The guy has never won anything and he already acts like a fgt on the court.
Boston showed tons of heart in the first two games. There would be about 25 teams in this league 0-2 after opening @ NY and @ Miami. Without PP I'm encouraged. Pietrus will help too. I wish they had 1 more big man but I suspect we'll see a deadline trade to make that happen. Bass is a good addition too. Better than Big Baby imo
