| Online leagues are for kids and cheesers anymore. I've completely grown out of it. I don't care how sim a league thinks it is, there's going to be a certain level of BS. I also get tired of the inactivity in leagues. It's probably more of an issue on PS3 compared to 360 but on PS3 leagues always die out.
I enjoy crew so much more. Playing with people I like is far more enjoyable than playing against them. I remember having nightmares after playing Ante in league play.

| ^Agreed.
NBAForPS3 >
I do miss when things were at their peak here. When Roc, Vince, Felix, Jeebs, Sukan, etc were all battling. Those were the glory days. Then we had another nice run with "Makes Scentz" for awhile with Vince, Paul, Ante, Dat Fresh Boi, etc all going at it.
If only we could have kept our core members together longer but unfortunately real life happens.

| I still think Paul was the greatest champion in organization history.
It would have been amazing if we could have had Paul, Felix, Roc, Vince, Ante, Justin, etc all competing together in their primes at the same time. Felix, Roc, and Vince were really good in the first phase of the league. Felix was amazing and his rivalry with Vince was entertaining. Vince was VERY good in his own right. I can remember playing against the Cavs in the Q and having the game get away from me rather quickly.
Felix-Blazers Vince-Cavs Justin-Knicks Ante-Hornets Paul- Lakers Roc-Suns Crax-Warriors
^would have been great to be apart of.

Our friend Paul continuing his coaching career with the Dallas Mavericks.
smh @ trading Barea, Roddy B, and Tyson Chandler. Thanks for the support guys. Yeah I traded a few guys to get more shooters. I think my trades weren't that bad since I got J.Rich, Lewis, then have Billups come off the bench for J.Kidd instead of Barea.

I'm not sure. Felix with Portland was pretty crazy. Back in those days we would have a 20 game regular season and actually play most, if not all 20 games and he had one season where he was 17-2 and 1 of the losses came in controversy so you could argue he only had 1 loss (narrow loss) in 19 user v user games. Then he proceeds to beat me (Hornets, CP3, Peja, etc) in the playoffs 2-1, beat Roc 2-0 and sweep Vince (LBJ, Cavs etc) 2-0. Pretty crazy. He didn't try to screw people out of good players on the trade market like you did either. His big thing was trying to acquire players with quick releases since on 2k9 they were basically unguardable. I think Felix was more conscientent than you but you had a higher ceiling when you played well. The problem is you had some crappy losses along the way, while Felix rarely (if ever) lost to someone below his level. I like how you associate Jeebs with the Spurs lol. I don't really think of him with any team in particular. He's like me in the fact he used a bunch of different teams in his time here. I can't think of a team that I would associate myself with either. Maybe 76ers to a certain extent since I used them a couple times.

| Jeebs was mostly known as a Hornets user around the forums back in 2K8 or 2k9.. I remember thats how we met.. We had a random game from the lobby and we played Hornets (in their prime) vs Lakers (before the 2 chips)..
Then after that he was shuffling teams.
I wish I found this league sooner. I think I came in after it peaked.. I wonder how I would've matched with Felix.

| I came in the same time you came Paul...
Now all of our lives and everything change and we can't play as much...
Maybe when 2K12 comes we catch up, maybe...

| You guys definitely came in after the peak. It peaked late in 2k9. March, April, and May of that year was amazing. Good memory about Jeebs with the Hornets. I remember that now. He ran with them almost exclusively for awhile. His first team in this league was the Lakers. Worst shooting percentage with Kobe I've ever seen. He had quite the reputation when he joined here. I was very suspicious of him because I had heard the PIP King stories but he didn't do that much here. A few times he got in trouble early but he adjusted. He's a good guy. You guys joined early for 2k10 and online was severely broken early and that hurt the momentum of the league IMO. | |

| ^ I can imagine. Peja was AMAZING on 2k9. Shockingly good IMO.
I wish so much online association existed. I miss the league competition but I don't miss anything else about the league experience.
I also miss Hrvoje. I hope he is doing well. I applaud Paul for continuing to fight the good fight in leagues and wish him nothing but success.

| One thing I miss about our leagues here is the consistency. All these leagues I enter die down after two weeks. Some of these guys were talking to me on their chat website and they said they never finished a league before in their whole entire (2k career) life! | |
